6. Language Tutors – Compliance with Booking Procedure

All our language tutors agree not to engage in or promote any activity to arrange lessons with a language student outside LinguaTerra. This action is prohibited under our terms and conditions of service and undermines the trust, security, and legitimacy of LinguaTerra.

Action specifically not permitted includes:

Communication via email or any other means to schedule and arrange a lesson with a language student in a way that is intended to avoid the payment to LinguaTerra.

Failure of a registered tutor to adhere to these terms and conditions and in particular any action  taken by a registered tutor to privately arrange a lesson with a registered LinguaTerra student, avoiding to provide the booking fee to the LinguaTerra website, may result in the termination of the cooperation.

All material on this website is owned by LinguaTerra. This includes all material, video, graphs, content, design and appearance. No material on this website can be copied or reused by anyone without the written permission of LinguaTerra.
